Add ‘-dev’ (without the quotes) at the end of the game shortcut so it looks like the example below and then start the game.

Warhammer 40k Dawn of War – Soulstorm Cheats
Add the shortcut-dev parameter of the game. As example: “C: \ Dawn of War – Soulstorm \ Soulstorm.exe”-giant. In this way, after entering the game (Ctrl) + (Shift) + (~) (tilde key é console) to open the console and type the following code:

Skirmish Mode
