Prerequisite: Level 22 Quest B
Mission: Capture brigande lvl 23 pirate
Reward: army troop’s praise (hp recovery speed increase, 120min)
level 17 quest similar
Level 23 Quest C (boss battle)

Level 23 Quest B need to do
Mission: (i) 8-person party to enter
(ii) new and flags Pirate Brigande champ I collect (quest item)
(iii) use of arms in the building like coliseum’a (in the south-west coast)
(iv) u Defeat boss pirate (pirate elite translated hole) l
Reward: shout of assault x3 (30% moving speed increase, 60min)
